Cozy Ice Cream Parlor and Wine Cellar
The owner and designer of Monte Subasio was an ice cream connoisseur. As such, a full-scale ice cream parlor was built into the home. The traditional red stools, long counter and plenty of the sweet stock are the main occupiers of the space. Asside from an afinity for ice cream, the owners collected wine, hence a wine cellar of the traditional sort.
